How we work

 

 

From ADAMA, we collaborate with Third Sector Associations, whose services are aimed at people   in social exclusion and without financial resources.

 

We establish collaboration agreements, where both parties agree to begin a process of shared work, and provide comprehensive care to persons from different but complementary visions.

 

We are convinced that the Motivation and the vital Support from the Human Contact, Empathy and Understanding are necessary to awaken a process of personal change, whose goal is to regain inner strength, the sense, and the decent life, that by law corresponds to us.

 

For that reason, we created Therapeutic Projects, which are designed in a personalized way to give respond to the particular needs of each group, and that are accompanied by a structure of planning, implementation, and evaluation, capable of ensuring a  quality service.

 

The tool that defines us by nature is the innovative use of Natural Techniques within the social sector, and the work from a team of committed volunteers, and with clear INTEGRATED VALUES.

 

In ADAMA, we are committed ourselves to a transparent communication, both internally, between our team of volunteers, and at external level, with the network of social entities and public bodies.
