Volunteer management

They take part in this area, those volunteers who participate in departments such as administration, fundraising, human resources, coordination, projects and communication, where is performed an intense work of high professional level, which aims is to sustain the organizational structure, ensuring a maximum quality service, and implement the necessary lines strategies to drive the Entity towards the fulfillment of its VISION.

 

Requirements:

 

- Specific training to assist in any of the departments or in various tasks of logistics and maintenance (1)

- Availability of, at least, seven hours per week spread over two mornings,  two afternoons,  or alternatively (2)

- Attitudes: ability to work in a team, patience, tolerance, flexibility and leadership.

 

(1) The volunteers that have not training in the area of management can also collaborate in areas where specific training is not required.

(2) It is not included the transport time in this schedule.
