Volunteer therapies

 

 

They take part in this area those volunteers who participate in the various therapeutic projects that ADAMA has implemented in Day  Centers, shelters and runaway shelters, spread across the province of Barcelona and Gerona.

Their job is to Motivate users to discover their strengths and, of course, Accompany them in the process of a personal change, where active enforcement of his technique, and the empathy, the active listening, the respect and sensitivity are the clear protagonists.

 

Requirements:

 

-Training in natural health techniques

-Availability of, at least, three hours a week (1)

-Attitudes: Empathy, understanding, flexibility and listening skills (2)

(1) The time of transport or the preparation of space for the Technical is not included in this schedule.

(2) Meet people in social exclusion within the scope of a social centre  entails to attend the user as a main figure, without neglecting the respect by the procedures of both entities, ADAMA, and the Centre with which it collaborates.
