 Mari Cruz Andreu

 President

 Member of the Board of Directors

 Member of the Management Team

 Responsible For Human Resources and Volunteering

 

She was born in Barcelona in March 1969. He worked for 17 years in the private sector, where he started his experience as an Assistant (Pegasus, Letona, S.A. and Singer, S.L.) and later went on to occupy management positions as head of purchasing, logistics and human resources in Companies such as Repsol, Carrefour, Telemat S.A. and Simon, S.A. Her interest in the social sector led her to become Assistant of Nursing and Psychiatry, and she specialized in natural health techniques (Master of Reiki, reflexology foot, humor therapist, and regressive psychotherapist). In 2008, she founded the Association ADAMA along with other people who were interested in providing innovative solutions to the current problem of people in social exclusion. Since then, she is the responsible person of the Department of human resources and volunteering. She has given a number of presentations, trainings and conferences, which she shares with the assistants new formulas, based on values, to manage human relations.

 

 

Mariela Navia

Project Manager in the Projects Department

 

 She was born on November 05, 1979. She is a Civil Engineer (University of Chile), Master in integrated management of projects (University of Barcelona IL3). She has developed her working live in Chile, both in the private sector, in the area of the construction, as Technical Head Office, and Project manager, and in the public sector, as Advisor for the Ministry of Public Works. He has trained in Reiki. She has developed volunteering in SENAME (National Minor’s Service), and to people with cancer. In Barcelona, she works in the third sector, through volunteering in ADAMA (from April 2011), while she performs the work of Project Leader.

 

 

 

 Raquel Andreu

 She was born in Badalona on December 23, 1987. In 2009, she graduated in Magisterium Musical in the  Faculty of Psychology and Sciences of Education and Sports of the University the Blanquerna (Ramón Llull). From then, she began his professional career in different schools as a generalist teacher and reinforcement. The schools of "Sant Andreu de Natzaret", "Ignasi Iglesias", "Escola Industrial" and "Escola CEIP Pallaresa", are evidence of her career dedicated to education. In May 2010, driven by an internal movement of helping others, is incorporated in ADAMA, where she performed administrative tasks as deputy director.



 Araceli Cárdenas

She was born on April 7, 1966. From the age of 19, she is a health professional, first in the specialty of dentistry as a dental hygienist; and later as owner of his own dental clinic, focusing the direction of this center to a traditional dentistry, based on values and on a holistic view.

 

Her growing interest in the global attention to the health of people is formed in natural therapies (Master of Reiki and floral therapy). In 2009, becomes part of the team of volunteers of ADAMA as Head of the Department of Projects, and currently of the Communication Department, where she brings her experience with a team that is motivated and committed in the creation, and management of therapeutic projects within the area of social action, the attention to the volunteer, and the work of the communicative Entity, from a dissemination and raising of awareness.

 

 

 

 Ana Navarro

 Member of the Board of Directors (Vocal)

 

 Her working life has been developed in different sectors, the last one, a multinational dedicated to construction, where she has served as Executive Assistant for 21 years. She likes proposing her goals and achieves them. Similarly, during that time, she was formed in natural techniques of health, as a tool for the volunteering (naturopathy, massage Keng Rak, reflexology foot, Reiki and laugh therapy).

 

Her work of volunteering in ADAMA has been conducted in the area of continuing education, which coordinates the preparation of training courses for the whole team of volunteers of the Entity. She also collaborates as a therapist in runaway shelters.



Juan Antonio Gomez

Director

Member of the Management Team

 

He is a Senior Engineer of Telecommunications by the UPC where he won a Final Career Award. He has developed his professional career in the private enterprise for 15 years, occupying management positions in departments of i+I+D and of innovation and new business units, where highlighted his work in various multinational enterprises. He also specialized in Project Management, including a postgraduate in "Project Management: Efficient Management Of Projects In Time And Costs" through the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.

 

He was a University Professor at the UPC for four years; he decided to join the third sector through the NGO ADAMA where he now is in charge of the Management of the Entity, since 2008. His work at ADAMA has been recognized even with a 'green light' at the forefront. He has participated as a speaker at various conferences. Also he has studied the Postgraduate Course 'Management of Non-Profit Associations'   through the Foundation called:  Management And Social Participation, and is currently completing the course on “Leadership and Management of Non-Profit Organizations and Social Economy through the Faculty of Social Education of the Fundació Pere Tarres-Ramon Llull.

 

 

 

 

    Alba Piñana       Alba Piñana

                          Head of the Fundraising Department

 

For 11 years, his working life takes place in the private sector, in companies such as XinesxCasa (2001), Law Firm Rafael Cuella, Groc&Blue Group, Promofon and EDS. In 2006 and until 2009, he met the world of the Emergency Transport, and she worked in companies such as MEX and Envialia, and complementing this work with the coordination of the Ambulance Service Emergency Department of the Medical Transport of Catalonia.

 

In her career she has held office in positions where a great work of management, coordination, and leadership has been needed.

 

Her interest in the social sector led him to become a therapist, and she specialized in natural health techniques (Bach Flowers, Foot Reflexology, Reiki), and these became a passion for her. She joined the partnership initiative ADAMA in 2009, and since then, she is the Head of the Department of Fundraising, Organizing, Coordinating and Managing the different areas for raising funds for the Entity.



África Gómez Nogales

 Head of Project Department

 

 She was born on September 5, 1985 in Zaragoza. She holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Barcelona. Her interests have always been aimed at working with groups at risk of social exclusion, with a special interest in participating in social action projects that opt for change, through citizen participation, and integration of all the citizens in their community.

 

To do this, she studied the Official Master of Psychosocial Intervention through the UB, where she specialized in the justification, planning, implementation and monitoring of social projects, linked to social change, in areas such as women and relationships of gender, infancy, adolescence, family, social exclusion, environment, and sustainable development. Combining it with different volunteering of social action, that is destined to the support of families in social exclusion.

 

 

 

 Mercedes Rodriguez

 Head of the Department of Administration

 

 She was born on January 13, 1981 in Terrassa. A degree in sociology, specializing in work and organizations, from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, she has based his professional experience in the sector of human resources, which holds positions in different companies, both in selection and personnel management for more than eight years.

 

Her interest in the social sector led her to attend the Postgraduate Diploma in Management and Direction of NGOs, University Ramón Llull through the Fundació Pere Tarrés. In addition, she studied a range of courses to supplement their knowledge on the third sector, managing people, projects, taught both by both the Fundació Pere Tarrés and by Centre de Serveis a les Associacions Torre Jussana. In the year 2011, she began her collaboration in ADAMA where she is now responsible for the Department of Administration.
