| A degree in business and administration, it has a wide professional experience in the department of administration, financial and accounting in companies in the private sector. His motivation for the help and dedication to service it leads him to join the team of volunteers from Adama in 2011, contributing their skills and expertise in the department of communication and currently in the area of finance in the Department of Administration. |

Mari Cruz Andreu Director She was born in Barcelona in March 1969 |
| He worked for 17 years in the private sector, where he started his experience as an Assistant (Pegasus, Letona, S.A. and Singer, S.L.) and later went on to occupy management positions as head of purchasing, logistics and human resources in Companies such as Repsol, Carrefour, Telemat S.A. and Simon, S.A. Her interest in the social sector led her to become Assistant of Nursing and Psychiatry, and she specialized in natural health techniques (Master of Reiki, reflexology foot, humor therapist, and regressive psychotherapist). In 2008, she founded the Association ADAMA along with other people who were interested in providing innovative solutions to the current problem of people in social exclusion. Since then, she is the responsible person of the Department of human resources and volunteering. She has given a number of presentations, trainings and conferences, which she shares with the assistants new formulas, based on values, to manage human relations. |

Juan Antonio Gomez President |
| He has developed his professional career in the private enterprise for 15 years, occupying management positions in departaments of R + L + D and of innovation and new business units, where highlighted his work in various multinational enterprises. He also specialized in Project Management, including a postgraduate in "Project Management: Efficient Management of Projects in Time and Costs" through the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. He was a University Professor at the UPC for four years; he decided to join the third sector through the NGO ADAMA where he now is in charge of the Management of the Entity, since 2008. His work at ADAMA has been recognized even with a 'green light' at the forefront. He has participated as a speaker at various conferences. Also he has studied the Postgraduate Course 'Management of Non-Profit Associations' through the Foundation called: Management and Social Participation, and is currently completing the course on “Leadership and Management of Non-Profit Organizations and Social Economy” through the Faculty of Social Education of the Fundació Pere Tarres-Ramon Llull. |

| Degree in sociology at the University of Barcelona. His career is characterized by its specialization within yhe world of health-oriented fitness, working for more than fifteen years in coordinating and carrying out sports activities for groups and personal training. Their concern towards the analysis of the social realitty and its proximity to natural health techniques, they were key to its inception as volunteer Adama in the year 2010. |

Senior Technician in business management and marketing with training in 3d and audiovisual sector. I joined as a volunteer graphic design in June 2013 and now am part of the project team to continue to contribute more actively adama . I like to work in a professional team dedicated to improving society by providing different and creative solutions , learning every day and meeting fellow therapists and users already an important part in my life. |
