Volunteer therapies

They take part in this area those volunteers who participate in the various therapeutic projects that ADAMA has implemented in Day  Centers, shelters and runaway shelters, spread across the province of Barcelona and Gerona.

Their job is to Motivate users to discover their strengths and, of course, Accompany them in the process of a personal change, where active enforcement of his technique, and the empathy, the active listening, the respect and sensitivity are the clear protagonists.

Training

For our team of volunteers, personal growth, motivation and professionalism are the cornerstones. Therefore Adama designs and delivers innovative, high quality not only volunteers but also training for its employees.

 

The main training activities are:

• "Motivation, Support and natural health techniques in social action"

Specific mandatory training offers a holistic and systemic view of all socially excluded groups we serve, combining theoretical information with experiential dynamics provide a high level of integration.

• "Management Adama, a work culture"
  

Specific training mandatory for volunteers who desarrolan Adama its work in the area of management which aims to implement a work culture where performance of responsibilities, collaboration and fellowship oriented towards a culture of work by the Common WELL.

 

• "Comprehensive Training for Professionals" 
  

Specific training for professionals working on improving the health and quality of life of people who are interested in supplementing their knowledge with technical skills that enable excellence in professional practice.

In ADAMA, volunteers are the HEART of the Association; and therefore, the fundamental axis.

We want to incorporate persons, who believe in the project of social change, through the recovery of ethical and human values. People willing to work with a clear vision of social transformation, that they feel ' social entrepreneurs' and that are convinced of the need to take action to improve their environment.
