ADAMA attends 280 women that are in a situation of social exclusion

The program "The power of oneself" is aimed at women who are in a situation of psychological and/or physical vulnerability caused by situations associated with gender-based violence and/or sociolabor conditions.

The workshops that are taught in this program instruct the self-knowledge and the evolutionary development for the empowerment of women, as a tool for their integration and self-assessment, together with alternative intervention and natural techniques based on the accompaniment, motivation and planning of personalized treatments that altogether complement the already existing ones.

The objective of this program is to improve the quality of life and facilitate the social re-insertion of women who are in situations of social vulnerability, thus generating a space that will help them find the way to its personal and social well-being, and thus be able to rebuild his life project.

In ADAMA, we work together with other entities of the so called Third Sector and social action, to which we supplement with therapeutic projects based on natural health techniques (GROUP, such as: Music Therapy, Self-help Groups, Humor Therapy, Gestalt technique, Dance Therapy and Bio-dance and Aromatherapy; OR INDIVIDUAL, such as: Floral Bach Therapy, Massages, Coaching, Reiki, Shiatsu or Acupuncture).

These therapies go beyond the current health care services, focusing on the most emotional part, motivational capacity and self-knowledge of the person, creating a state of balance and well being.

THE INDIVIDUAL ACTIONS have as an objective the emotional and personal development of our users; these are necessary to achieve a state of balance, motivation, and welfare; while THE ACTION GROUP works interpersonal relations.

Both of these elements allow our users have the necessary tools to decide for themselves where to go to, contextualize their environment, and thus fight against exclusion.
