Project HIV

HIV infection is a disease that transcends health environment,  reaching social level, since the stigma associated with the virus causes situations of discrimination towards people; infection represents for them and even for  their families a deterioration of adaptive, interpersonal and emotional capacity, which leads to a decrease in the welfare; and therefore, in the quality of life.

ADAMA attends to people carriers of HIV, many of whom also live in situation of being "Homeless", with the aim of improving the quality of life, increase motivation and encourage the participatory attitude, through evolutionary workshops and natural health techniques.

• Active Projects: Associació Anti-AIDS Ciutadana de Catalunya. This is the oldest project of ADAMA (2009).
• Techniques:  Floral Therapy, massages and Reiki.

•  Number of Active Volunteers: 3
•  Hours of Therapy: During 2012, completion of 586 hours will be projected, between the different techniques developed.
