Become a volunteer

 

 

In ADAMA, volunteers are the HEART of the Association; and therefore, the fundamental axis.

We want to incorporate persons, who believe in the project of social change, through the recovery of ethical and human values. People willing to work with a clear vision of social transformation, that they feel ' social entrepreneurs' and that are convinced of the need to take action to improve their environment. They contribute with their ideas and time to make grow the project of a different reality.

 

We believe in a volunteering that:

 

Collaborates in programs of social intervention, based on their sensitivity and concern, to build a more human social arena.

Contributes offering selfless, generous and altruistic service, without expecting any remuneration, giving priority to the well-being of people and their growth, above other structural or collective interests.

Involves personally in the tasks and actions that commits, putting their skills and cultural, intellectual and human attitudes to the service of the people and their needs.

Undertakes to uncover those conditions, situations, structures or processes that hinder or prevent the growth of persons.

Links to other people who, like him, are looking for values of freedom, equality, solidarity and justice.
